About
Dr Kerry Swanton is a Public Health specialist, Registered Nutritionist, Registered Health Coach and Coaching Psychology practitioner. She is the founder of eity20.
Her work focuses on helping people improve their long-term health through sustainable, structured approaches that work in real life.
At the heart of eity20 is one simple philosophy:
80% Consistency. 20% Flexibility.
Because sustainable health isn’t built through perfection. It’s built by creating the stability to adapt when life changes.
A different approach to health
Much of Kerry’s work has been shaped by seeing how often people struggle, not because they lack knowledge, but because the advice they receive does not fit into the reality of their lives.
Health is rarely influenced by one factor alone. It emerges from the interaction between our daily routines, environment, behaviour, psychology and biology.
Knowledge is important, but knowledge alone rarely creates lasting change.
The eity20 approach was developed to provide a more structured and realistic way to improve health, one that focuses on consistency, flexibility and sustainability, rather than perfection.

Endurance and real-world experience
Having rowed across the Atlantic Ocean, swum the English Channel, and completed endurance cycling and climbing challenges, she has experienced first-hand what it means to perform and recover in demanding environments.
These experiences reinforced something that decades of public health research had already taught her:
Whether facing the unpredictable conditions of the Atlantic Ocean or the demands of everyday life, the same principle applies.
Long-term health and performance depend on our ability to recover, regulate and adapt when circumstances change.
Health isn’t about perfect conditions. It’s about the capacity to adapt.
Why eity20?
eity20 bridges the gap between knowing what supports good health and being able to apply it consistently in real life.
Because lasting health depends on connecting psychology, biology and behaviour, rather than viewing them in isolation.
It brings together public health, nutrition, coaching psychology and neuroscience within one practical framework to support physical, mental and gut health as an interconnected system.
80% Consistency.
20% Flexibility.
Sustainable Health. Not Perfection.
