FAQ’s

Is eity20 right for me?

eity20 is designed for people who feel their health is inconsistent, difficult to maintain, or influenced by multiple factors such as stress, sleep, lifestyle or underlying health concerns.

If you are looking for a structured, realistic approach rather than short-term fixes, this is likely to be a good fit.

Do I need a diagnosis to work with you?

No, many people come without a specific diagnosis but are experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, low mood, digestive issues, poor sleep or difficulty maintaining routines.

What makes eity20 different?

eity20 focuses on how health actually works in real life.

Rather than addressing individual behaviours in isolation, it looks at how physical health, mental wellbeing and gut health interact, and how daily routines and environment influence these over time.

The aim is to create sustainable change, not short-term improvement.

What happens in a 1:1 consultation?

We start by understanding your current situation, including your health, routines, environment and priorities. From there, we identify what is having the biggest impact and begin building a structured, realistic plan using the eity20 approach.

Is this personalised?

Yes.

All support is tailored to your individual situation, within a clear framework that ensures consistency and sustainability.

Do you offer online support?

Yes.

Appointments are available online as well as in person, and an online programme is also being developed.

How quickly will I see results?

The focus is on building sustainable change. Some people notice improvements quickly, particularly in clarity and structure, but long-term results come from consistent, realistic habits over time.

Do I need to follow a strict plan?

No.

The approach is based on structure and consistency, not strict rules. The aim is to create something that fits into your life and can be maintained.

Can this help alongside a medical condition?

Yes, in many cases.

eity20 supports overall health and behaviour, and can complement medical care. If needed, we can work alongside your existing healthcare team.

What if I’ve tried everything before?

Many people feel this way. Often the issue is not a lack of effort, but that previous approaches did not fit into real life or did not address the full picture. This is where a more structured, integrated approach can make a difference.

eity20 helps people improve health, prevent future illness, recover from physical and mental health challenges, and optimise performance.
